We take care in providing accurate descriptions and pictures of
all of our products. Sometimes there can be slight variations in
colour, exact shape and size of beads and products. All computer
monitors are not the same therefore there may be a slight variation
between the colours you see on screen and the colour of the product
References to a product in terms of gold, silver, red, bronze, antique
gold, antique silver etc are references to the colour or plating
of the product and not a description of the materials it is made
from unless otherwise stated. Products made from precious metals
such as sterling silver, 18k gold etc are stated as such in the
All stated measurements of products are approximate. We measure
the widest and longest parts of a product to give measurements.
Bead sizes are given as the distance between opposite holes. There
can be slight variations in measurements of the product you receive
and those we have stated. This can also occur between beads in the
same packet. (If this is ever the case, the differences are minimal)
When we run Free Shipping promotions the minimum value for free
shipping is given in the newsletter. This minimum must be made up
of the total sum of products orders and does not include the shipping
charge as an included value. So you must spend the minimum on products
to receive free shipping.
Strands are sold 'as is'. They may contain some less than perfect
beads, we have sorted these strands and they are priced accordingly.
Refunds are not possible for parts of strands which are less than
perfect. Some colour variation may occur in strands, as well as
size and cut differences. This is considered normal for strands
of beads and will not be considered as a reason for a return or
You are welcome to amend your order provided it has not been packed
and sent. Please email us at email@example.com using your
order number and name as reference.
If an item is out of stock when you have ordered it we will either:
1. If it is an item that is on order and we are waiting for it to
arrive we will charge you and backorder the item, sending it to
you free of charge as soon as it arrives. Please note that this
can take some time on products that are produced for us specially.
2. If it is an item that is no longer available we will not backorder,
instead if paying by credit card we will not charge the item to
your total and an amended invoice will be sent with your order.
If paying by Direct Deposit we will try to contact you as soon as
we know the item is out of stock. If you have already paid by transfer
we will email you with further instructions and the choice of either
another item to the same value or a refund.
