Newsletter

Subscribing to our monthly newsletter is a great way to keep up-to-date with our regular specials, hear of our new products in stock, and information of interest. If we are away for any reason, we will advise on our newsletter prior and also a bold note will be posted on the front main page of our website with details.

Payment Options

No gst is charged. Please note there is a minimum order value of $20 required for an order to be processed (excluding postage). We accept the following as payment for orders:

1. Credit Card Payments

This is our preferred method of payment as your order can be processed immediately and your goods sent out the fastest!
We accept all major credit cards through our secure site.

2. Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer

Our bank details are given at checkout when this option is selected. To help us identify your payment you will be given an instruction at checkout to enter your receipt number. Orders are dispatched once payment is cleared into our account. (Usually at least 2 days depending on your bank).

3. Phone Orders

Phone orders are always welcome! Please phone Lorraine on 0423 314 447. You need to have the items and code numbers from the website written down, or you can also select your items easily on the website and print off your 'cart' before you call. Payment can be made over the phone with your credit card.

Postage in Australia

Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days and all orders are posted from Sippy Downs (Sunshine Coast), Queensland 4556. Australia Post does not operate on weekends or public holidays so there may be unavoidable delays at these times over which we have no control.

Postage Options:

Economy Post (trackable but not insured) = $7

Registered Post (insured and trackable) -
under 500g = $10.40 ; 500g and over = $14

Australia Post Express (trackable but not insured) -
under 500g = $10 ; 500g and over = $12.95

Economy Post:

Trackable but not insured. As this method is not insured & any loss or damage in transit is at your own risk, we advise to use this option for orders $50 and under.

Tracking is now included in this $7 Economy Post option which makes it easier to locate a missing package than previously, however orders are still not covered by insurance with this method.

For higher value orders Registered Post is recommended.

* Registered Post:

Insured and trackable, this is the safest option.

Australia Post Express:

Trackable but not insured. Although we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage with this method, it is the fastest method & very reliable.

* Insurance:

Registered post includes insurance to the value of $100.00. It is our preferred and recommended method of shipping.

Bohemia Beads accepts no liability for parcels lost or damaged in transit unless Registered Post has been requested and prepaid.

All packages will be sent Registered Post (To confirm that the item was actually delivered and to assist with tracking the item during delivery)

Please note: If your country is not listed in our shipping list, then postage to your country is not available.
International orders are sent via Australia Post Airmail. The time taken for you to receive your parcel varies widely between countries and their customs policies.

Product Descriptions

We take great care in providing accurate descriptions and pictures of all of our products. Sometimes there can be slight variations in colour, exact shape and size of beads and products. All computer monitors are not the same therefore there may be a slight variation between the colours you see on screen and the colour of the product you receive.

References to a product in terms of gold, silver, red, bronze, antique gold, antique silver etc are references to the colour or plating of the product and not a description of the materials it is made from unless otherwise stated. Products made from precious metals such as sterling silver, 18k gold etc are stated as such in the product description.

All stated measurements of products are approximate. We measure the widest and longest parts of a product to give measurements. Bead sizes are given as the distance between opposite holes. There can be slight variations in measurements of the product you receive and those we have stated. This can also occur between beads in the same packet. If this is ever the case, the differences are minimal.

We offer the best products and service possible, always carefully pack and post your goods in a safe manner and want you to be thrilled with your purchase!

If there is ever a problem with your order, please let us know by email as soon as possible after receipt. If you are not delighted with your goods, we can exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt of your package, less the postage amount.

Return Instructions - Please return item/s in their original packaging with a copy of the order. Please also include a note as to why you are returning the item/s and what you would like in exchange of the returned merchandise. Returns can be posted to:
