Q. Do you sell Wholesale?
We currently charge wholesale prices on our website. There are no further discounts applicable to any products other than by arrangement with management.
Q. How is shipping Calculated?
The current shopping cart captures the weight of each item as it is added to your cart. The weight is progressively added, and then the cart cross matches the total weight with charges by Australia Post for that weight. Sometimes the weight can be a little bit higher or lower than the actual item (due to the nature of most individual beads and findings not being the exact same weight) in this case any postage overpayment is refunded, any postage. underpayment is absorbed by us.
Q. What are your findings made from?
Most findings on the site are a base metal with coloured plating. We also have sterling silver findings and gold filled coming into stock by early April 08.
