BOHEMIA BEAD TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 

We endevour to make your shopping experience with us a happy one.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchases please email us .

 

Stuff you should know.

We take care in providing accurate descriptions and pictures of all of our stock.  Sometimes there can be slight variations in size, colour, and exact shape of beads.  This is the nature of making them out of the materials they are created from.  Please be aware that not all computer monitors are the same, therefore you may find a slight variation in colours you see on screen to the actual bead you receive.  Any reference to a product in terms of gold, silver, red copper, bronze, antique gold, antique silver etc is reference to the colour or plating of the product and not the materials it is created from unless otherwise stated.  

Strands are sold 'as is'.  They may contiain some less than perfect beads, and these strands are priced accordingly.  Refunds are not possible for parts of strands which are less than perfect.  Some colour variation may occur in strands, as well as size and cut differences.  This is considered normal for strands of beads and will not be considered for a return or refund.

  

Privacy Policy.

We take your privacy very seriously.  All transactions completed through our site are protected.  Your personal information is never given to any other party.  This includes information given to us through the process of transactions, orders, consignment project contracts, and information requests.

 

Payment Options.

We have the following options for order payments

  • Credit Card via our PayPal acct. 
  • Direct Deposit
  • Money Order or Cheque.

Please do not send cash in the mail for orders.  We consider cash sent throught the mail a huge risk, and as such orders completed in this way will not be accepted.

  

Minimum Order Value  

We have a $30 minimum order value.  This is the value of the order before any shipping charges and after any discount vouchers.

  

Discount Vouchers

Discount vouchers can only be used during the validity period.  They must be entered into the cart in voucher code field in the shopping cart (this code is not to be entered into the paypal cart, it is in the shopping cart before any payment method selection is made.).  Any orders not including this code will not be amended. Only one voucher can be used per order. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be used for shipping charges.

  

Shipping & Delivery 

The charges for shipping are as follows:

In Australia:

$6.00 flat rate for any orders through regular post.

Express Post in Australia:

$8.00 flat rate for any express orders.

  

Outside Australia:

up to 250g   ~ $10.00

251g - 500g ~ $16.95

501g - 750g ~ $23.90

751g - 1kg   ~ $30.85

1kg +           ~ $37.80

 

As we cannot be held responsible for lost packages, you are welcome to register your package for an extra $4.50, which includes confirmation of delivery card to be signed when delivered.  This is only available for regular post only

We also offer insurance, which is charged at $1.20 per $100 order value. We cannot be held responsible for orders damaged in the postal system.  Please request this via email before paying for your order and a new invoice can be sent. 

If you live in South-East Queensland you are welcome to pick up your order by strict appointment only. 

Order Amendments.

 

If you make a mistake or wish to change your order, contact us immediately, and we will correct it if it has not already been dispatched.

                                              

 

Returns & Exchanges.

 

We do not provide refunds or exchanges on items if you simply change you mind.

 

We will gladly refund, exchange or provide store credit if the product you receive is faulty or has been grossly misrepresented provided you do the following:

 

  • you must notify us of the problem immediately via email/phone within 14days of receipt of items.
  • you must have an RMA (this will be issued once we have been emailed.)
  • the item must be received by us within 14days of the issue of the RMA.

We will not issue refunds, exchanges or store credits until the item/s is returned to us.  

Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted if the above timeline is not met.

Partial returns will not be accepted. ie: you cannot return part of a packet or strand.  It is in the nature of the materials that beads are made of that damage may occur when in transit.  We check all orders for quality prior to sending, and we pack carefully to minimise damage in transit.  

Returned goods are sent back at your cost, any refunds authorised will not include postage costs, and will incur a 10% restocking fee. 

We will not provide refunds if returned items are damaged in the post when you return them.  We strongly suggest a padded bag, bubble wrap and insurance be utilised.

 

                                                                     

 

Incomplete Orders & Unfufilled Orders.

We will contact you straight away if there is any item we are unable to provide.  We double check the items in every order, however if your order is incomplete please contact us for prompt delivery of the item or store credit.

 

Non-refundables.

The following are not refundable, or not accepted for returns.

  • Shipping charges
  • Items damaged in the post uninsured.
  • Return postage costs
  • Special orders
  • Clearance/Sale items
  • Any items used in piercings 
  • Used items.  

  

Discount Codes. 

  • Only one discount code can be applied to an individual order.
  • If a code is not entered at checkout BEFORE totalling and paying for the order, we are unable to adjust the total to include the discount.
  • Introductory Codes & Welcome Codes ( the ones given when you sign up to newsletters etc) are only to be used once.  If a code is entered for subsequent orders the order will be cancelled and any monies paid refunded.  We give these codes in good faith and would like them to used as per their intention, and not abused.
  • Free shipping codes only apply to Regular Australia Post Mail.  If you require your package to be sent in any other way the applicable fee will need to be paid.
